General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Red Boot LLC)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through websites and sales pages operated by Red Boot LLC ("Red Boot," "we," "us," or "our"). A "Client" is any individual or entity that places an order with Red Boot LLC through our secure online payment platform.

Article 2: Order Acceptance

Placing an order on a Red Boot LLC website or sales page constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Products and Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply based on your location. Red Boot LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Red Boot LLC does not store your full payment card information, and Stripe is solely responsible for the security of its own payment processing systems.

Article 5: Digital Product Delivery

Our products, including the AI Governance Checklist and the AI Governance Field Manual, are delivered electronically, typically by instant download link and/or email, promptly after payment is confirmed. Please provide an accurate email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at contact@redbootllc.com.

Article 6: Refund Policy

Because our digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied or saved, all sales of electronic products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Diagnostic Sessions and other booked services may be cancelled or rescheduled under a separate policy provided at the time of booking.

Article 7: International and EU/UK Customers

Red Boot LLC is a company organized under the laws of the United States. If you purchase from outside the United States, you are responsible for determining whether any import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes apply, as Red Boot LLC does not currently collect or remit foreign taxes. Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom should note that immediate delivery of digital content may affect certain statutory withdrawal rights available under local law; contact us before purchasing if you have questions about your rights as an EU/UK consumer.
